These Terms and Conditions govern the use of nobispot.com, operated by Nobispot Educación Financiera S.A.S. By accessing the site you accept these terms in full.
1. Purpose of the site
Nobispot is an educational site about real estate crowdlending. We publish articles, guides and a monthly newsletter for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial services, do not capture funds from the public and do not intermediate securities under the terms of the Ecuadorian Organic Monetary and Financial Code.
2. No personalized advice
The information published is general in nature. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial or investment advice, nor a recommendation to buy, hold or sell any asset. Each decision must be taken after consulting licensed professionals and evaluating the individual situation.
3. Permitted use
Content may be read, shared by linking to the original URL and quoted while identifying the source. Full reproduction on other sites without written authorization is prohibited, as is automated use (scraping) that degrades the service.
4. Intellectual property
Original text, trademarks, logos and graphic elements belong to Nobispot or its licensors and are protected by the Organic Law for the Regulation and Control of Market Power and by Andean Community Decision 486.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute is submitted to the judges and tribunals of the Quito canton, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring an action before their own domicile.
